Day 2 Shanghai
Today's itinerary consists of the most famous attractions in Shanghai. The Bund and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower have long being considered to be the symbols of Shanghai; Nanjing Road , Xin Tian Di Entertainment Complex are explanations of the definition-- "Shopping Paradise"; City God Temple and the Yu Garden are traces of ancient life in Shanghai.
-City God Temple: The City God Temple of Shanghai is a temple in the old city of Shanghai, China, and is today the central feature of a large retail and entertainment district. It originated as the Jinshan God Temple, dedicated to the spirit of Jinshan, or "Gold Mountain", an island off the coast of Shanghai. It was converted into a City God Temple in 1403, during the Yongle era of the Ming dynasty.
-Yuyuan Garden: A traditional Chinese park decorated by beautiful pavilions, miniature lakes, bridges and rockeries. Yu Garden is not only a famous classical garden in South China, but also a major historic and cultural site under state protection.
-Xin Tian Di Entertainment Complex: It is a state-of-the-art warren of upscale shops, bars and restaurants based on the theme of "where old meets new". Here you find the oddly complimentary combination of the traditional houses of old Shanghai (the 'Shikumen') hosting ultra modern restaurants, bars and shops. The exterior of these shikumen style houses of 1920's Shanghai have been tastefully restored, whilst inside they have been fully renovated to accommodate the tastes of the modern Westerner.
- Nanjing Road : Shanghai's main shopping street, enjoying the fame as "the No.1 commercial street of China", also it is one of the most prosperous streets in Asia.
- The Bund : Also called the Zhongshan Road, it is a famous waterfront and regarded as the symbol of Shanghai for hundreds of years, winding a 1500 meters (less than one mile) length. Walking along the Bund, which is at the west shore of the Huangpu River, the Oriental Pearl TV Tower can be seen on the opposite side and also the Jin Mao Tower.Being one of the Top Ten Shanghai Attractions, the Bund is a really beautiful and special place which is worth visiting. On the western side of Zhongyi Dongyi Road stand 52 buildings, showing various Chinese and foreign architectural styles, hence the name of "World Architecture Exposition in Modern Times"
-Oriental Pearl TV Tower: Standing by the Huangpu River with a height of 468 meters high, Oriental Pearl TV Tower is the highest TV Tower in Asia (up to the last floor to see Shanghai scenery).It is a new landmark of Shanghai in 21st century.

Day 4 Shanghai plane Xian
Early in the morning, take a plane to Xian. In the rest time of the day, you will be guided to and visit the Big Goose Pagoda , Ancient City Wall and the Bell and Drum Square. You may also taste the local snacks on the Moslem Street . In the afternoon, settle down in a local hotel with the help of the guide.
- Big Goose Pagoda : The pagoda (7 floors,64.5meters high) where widely renowned Master Xuanzang (Monk Tripitaka) stored his classics brought from India.
-Ancient City Wall: Built in the Ming dynasty about 700 years ago, the wall measures around 13.9 km in circumference, 12 meters in height, 18 meters wide at its base while 15 meters wide on the top.
-Bell & Drum Square: The Square is located at the city center. It was built besides the Bell & Drum Towers, hence the name. Bell & Drum Towers are two landmark buildings in Xian. In ancient time, they were the official places to tell time to the citizens. Strolling around the square, you will have an insight of the locals' daily life.
- Moslem Street : About 100 meters west of the Bell Tower in Xian located a simple-looking north-southward residential street- Moslem Street . Paved with old colored stone, the street is a residential area of Muslims. For most travelers who visit the ancient city of Xian, Moslem Street is a must visit, where the restaurants offer the authentic dainty Islamic food and a great variety of Moslem snacks.

-Terracotta Warriors: The Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses are the most significant archeological excavations of the 20th century. Work is ongoing at this site, which is around 1.5 kilometers east of Emperor Qin Shi Huang's Mausoleum, Lintong County, Shaanxi province. It is a sight not to be missed by any visitor to China.
- Banpo Museum : The Banpo Site is a typical Neolithic matriarchal community of the Yangshao Culture dating back about 6,000 years. At that time, the Banpo people used tools made primarily of wood and stone. Women, the crucial labor force, were responsible for making pottery, spinning, and raising the family, while men fished.
The Banpo Museum is the first museum built at the base of the excavations of the Banpo site. The approximately 4,500 square meters (about 1 acre) exhibit area of Banpo Museum is divided into two Exhibition Halls and a Site Hall.

-Stele Forest Museum: With 900 years of history, this treasure house holds a large collection of the earliest stone steles of different periods, from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. All together, there are 3,000 steles and the museum is divided into seven exhibitions halls, which mainly display the works of calligraphy, painting and historical records.
- Shaanxi History Museum : Shaanxi Province is the birthplace of the ancient Chinese civilization. Xian City was the capital city in thirteen dynasties which in total lasted over 1100 years. Consequently, the ancient history of Shaanxi is to some degree the ancient history of China. The Shaanxi History Museum considers it an obligation to be a showcase of ancient civilizations. It is situated in the southern suburb of Xian City, northwest of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Since it was opened to the public in 1991, its architectural buildings, internal apparatus, and exhibits have made it famous as a first-class museum in China.

-Tian'anmen Square: It is the largest city square in the world , representing symbol of China's national pride, surrounded by many grand buildings including the Heavenly Gate (entry to the Forbidden City ), Museums, government buildings and Chairman Mao's Mausoleum.
- Forbidden City Built from 1406-1420 during the Ming Dynasty, the Imperial Palace, popularly known as the Forbidden City , was the permanent residence of the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1911). It covers over 720,000 square meters of floor space, with more than 8,700 rooms, surrounded by city wall as high as ten meters and a city moat as wide as 52 meters.
- Temple of Heaven : At the Temple of Heaven Emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368-1911) worshiped Heaven and prayed for good harvests. A masterpiece of the Ming and Qing architectural art and a precious example of China's ancient architecture, the Temple of Heaven is the largest architectural group for worshipping Heaven in the world. In 1961, it was listed by the State Council as a key monument under state protection." In 1998, it was recognized by UNESCO as a human heritage of the world.

-Great Wall, Badaling: The Great Wall at Badaling is located in Yanqing County, which is about 60 kilometers northwest of Beijing. Sitting at the highest point of the strategic pass leading to Beijing from the northwest, The Great Wall at Badaling consists of the main wall and several subordinate walls. In 1991 the Great Wall at Badaling, as a representative of the Chinese "Great Wall", was listed in the "World Heritage Certificate" by the United States.
-Sacred Way: Beijing is ever the capital of Ming Dyansty. Ming Tombs are where 13 Kings of Ming are buried. Sacred Way is an attractive tree-lined way leading to the Ming Tombs. It is bordered by 12 sets of animal and human statues, and includes the attractive Great Red Gate.
