- 7. No eating or alcohol drinking while
being with the passengers;
- 8. Radio or video cannot be turned on
unless the passengers require it;
- 9. Adjust the air-conditioning to the
temperature required by passengers;
- 10. Satisfy passengers' reasonable
requirements;
- 11. Be friendly and polite;
- 12. No private phone talking while being
with the passengers;
- 13. Be attentive to passengers' flight
information and pick up them on time;
- 14. Prepare umbrellas in case of the
passengers' need;
- 15. Assist the passengers to load/unload
their luggages;
- 16. Remind the passengers of not forgetting
their belongs on the vehicle;

The prices above include the vehicle you prefer and a
licensed driver. Most of the drivers cannot speak any English. If you want
to use an English-speaking guide service, please pay extra USD45 totally
for your party.
Shanghai Vehicle Rental Reservation:

emergent booking).
- 2. Your TOC trip advisor will respond
to you for confirmantion within one day. Once your booking is confirmed,
you will be informed by email.
- 3. Please advise us your name,
nationality, your hotel in Shanghai, date for your transfer service, and
any information that you think useful to our arrangement.
- 4. Payment: cash
payment, credit card payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and hard
currency are acceptable.
Tips:
- 1. Please be attentive to the weather
forecast, and take suitable clothes.
- 2. If you haven't paid the tranfer
fare in advance, please prepare it and pay it to the driver when he/she
meets you on the departure date.
- 3. TOC trip advisor will confirm the
pick-up time one day prior to your departure date. If you are not in
